Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a 5-day work week with shift work (rotational schedules).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Relevant diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
