Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members to improve service protocols and response times
- Monitor and maintain performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and regulatory requirements
- Provide feedback to management for service enhancement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; diploma holders preferred
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or call center environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English with excellent verbal/written communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work rotating shifts and meet KPIs
