Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all bowlers and venue guests.
- Manage ticketing systems and point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Process cash payments and handle cash handling duties with strict accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth venue performance during peak hours.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and brand image at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
