- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding product inquiries, account support, and service issues

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification preferred
- 1+ years of call centre or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills with clear articulation and active listening abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
