Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service or call center experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM systems
- Fluent in English with clear and articulate speech
