Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide excellent front-line service to customers, addressing inquiries regarding banking products and services.
  • Perform daily teller and operational transactions accurately and in compliance with bank regulations.
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant financial solutions, including account opening and credit card applications.
  • Maintain high service quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective, timely resolutions.
  • Maintain data integrity and perform administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and service performance goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in customer service or retail banking is a plus.
  • Possess a professional appearance, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with digital banking tools.
  • Willing to be placed at any branch office within the Jawa Tengah region.
