Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions professionally.
  • Perform accurate and timely TradeNet permit declarations for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external forwarders to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all permit documentation and customer correspondence.
  • Handle documentation discrepancies promptly to prevent delays in the supply chain.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support general warehouse administrative tasks to improve operational workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent professional certification.
  • Prior experience in customer service and customs permit declaration (TradeNet proficiency is a must).
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Customs regulations and HS codes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Possession of a Customs Competency Certificate is highly advantageous.
