Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account statuses.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions or payment arrangements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all company policies, compliance regulations, and industry standards for data privacy.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or BPO role, preferably in financial services.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Amenability to work on-site in Makati City during day shift hours.
