Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account statuses.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions or payment arrangements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all company policies, compliance regulations, and industry standards for data privacy.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or BPO role, preferably in financial services.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Amenability to work on-site in Makati City during day shift hours.
