- Coordinate caregiver assignments across multiple client reservations
- Optimize staffing schedules to ensure seamless service coverage
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate records of caregiver availability and assignments
- Collaborate with clients to understand scheduling requirements
- Communicate schedule changes to caregivers and stakeholders
- Monitor staffing metrics to ensure service level agreements
- Support onboarding and training for new caregivers
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of experience in scheduling or workforce management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software or CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with organizational expertise
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service mindset with empathy
- Proficient in English and Tagalog
