Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Contribute to a positive and fun workplace culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work a 5-day work week (including weekends/public holidays if required).
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
