Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute to a positive and fun workplace culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work a 5-day work week (including weekends/public holidays if required).
  • Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
