Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and track international shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other required paperwork
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, pricing, and logistics solutions
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to resolve shipping issues and ensure compliance
- Process and maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and customer communications
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics-related role
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
