Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and track logistics shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays.
- Update and maintain accurate customer and inventory records in the company database.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure alignment.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and invoices.
- Identify and address customer needs to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Perform daily stock checks and assist with warehouse organization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced setting.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
