You will facilitate open communication channels, assist in coordinating tenant events, and ensure that business operations run smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist shoppers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Monitor and manage the flow of visitors to ensure safety, order, and an organized environment within the mall premises.
- Act as the primary liaison between mall management and tenants to address service issues, coordinate activities, and facilitate smooth operations.
- Answer inquiries regarding mall facilities, operating hours, and services, providing accurate information to shoppers.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations effectively and efficiently, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of common areas and reception desks.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field; relevant experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail operations, or mall management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
