Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and data in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide product information and handle objections effectively.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N'/'O' levels or above; Diploma holders are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound telemarketing or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
