- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies related to animal care
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of customer service
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and communicate to management

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in animal-related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Genuine passion for animals and understanding of basic animal care principles
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
