Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the mall's customer service counter, welcoming shoppers and providing accurate information.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive resolution.
- Manage the redemption of mall rewards, gift vouchers, and promotional campaign gifts.
- Assist in the execution of mall events, marketing activities, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain logbooks, lost and found registries, and prepare daily administrative reports.
- Liaise with the operations and security teams to resolve facility-related issues or emergencies promptly.
- Provide administrative support to the Mall Management office as required.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in frontline customer service, hospitality, or retail mall environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, helpful, and pleasant personality.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and comfortable handling POS or redemption systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to align with mall operating hours.
- Resilient and calm under pressure when handling challenging customer scenarios.
