We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to be the heartbeat of our order fulfillment process.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring accuracy from entry to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve fulfillment discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional communication.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on order volumes, service levels, and customer feedback for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve complex supply chain issues or service escalations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
