Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and walk-in inquiries with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services to all customers.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records in internal systems.
- Assist in the collation and analysis of customer feedback to help improve service quality.
- Prepare regular reports and update databases as required by management.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Manage correspondence and administrative tasks to support the operations team.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call centre operations.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
