Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end air freight documentation, including airway bills, customs clearance, and delivery orders.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing timely updates and resolving service inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor daily operational workflows to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports regarding air freight volume, profitability, and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain financial control by overseeing job costing, vendor invoicing, and billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, fleet, sales) to optimize cargo throughput.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in air freight operations or customer service within the logistics sector.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) for reporting and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
- Working knowledge of logistics management software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen for cost control reporting.
