Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely resolutions
- Manage and update customer records in CRM systems with precision
- Coordinate with Hong Kong team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Process orders, returns, and refunds following company protocols
- Monitor customer feedback trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in training new team members on service standards
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams for integrated solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or operations role
- Fluent English proficiency; Cantonese knowledge is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with data management capabilities
