Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Lead and mentor customer service teams to maintain service excellence standards
- Develop/implement SOPs for operational efficiency and compliance with regulations
- Manage client relationships and resolve complex logistical issues proactively
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities in service delivery
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments for seamless operations
- Train staff on logistics software, customer protocols, and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding with 2+ years in operations management
- Proven track record in leading customer service teams in logistics
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Proficient in logistics management software (e.g., TMS, WMS)
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required due to regulatory compliance
