  • Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
  • Lead and mentor customer service teams to maintain service excellence standards
  • Develop/implement SOPs for operational efficiency and compliance with regulations
  • Manage client relationships and resolve complex logistical issues proactively
  • Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities in service delivery

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding with 2+ years in operations management
  • Proven track record in leading customer service teams in logistics
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Proficient in logistics management software (e.g., TMS, WMS)
  • Singaporean PR or citizenship required due to regulatory compliance
