Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and respond to inquiries via email with the subject line Customer Service – CV – [Nama].
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the outlet team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer records and provide accurate product information.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine eagerness to help customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle pressure professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid ID card (KTP) and a positive attitude.
