Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily operations for the Customer Service and Production Planning departments.
- Develop comprehensive production schedules that align with customer orders and delivery deadlines.
- Liaise closely with sales teams and clients to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service and Production Planning within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance and efficiency.
