Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle models, availability, and service appointments.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our internal database with precision and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service departments to facilitate seamless customer transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and company policies.
  • Achieve individual and team-based KPIs focused on call quality and resolution time.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Vocational Diploma.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or basic office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City and be flexible with shifting schedules.
