Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product inquiries, order processing, and service-related issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain case records
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet performance metrics including call resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services/products
- Adhere to company protocols and maintain compliance with data privacy standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Fluency in English and Filipino with clear communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
