Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle sales, service appointments, and product inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience and high satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in our internal CRM database.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met and to gather feedback on service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding data privacy and communication standards.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or during difficult customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu.
