Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle sales, service appointments, and product inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience and high satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in our internal CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs were met and to gather feedback on service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding data privacy and communication standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or during difficult customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu.
