You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and walk-ins. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service by addressing customer queries regarding our diverse vehicle inventory, scheduling test drives, and processing documentation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Schedule and coordinate test drives and service appointments.
  • Process sales documentation, contracts, and financing paperwork accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and customer lounge area.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance targets for customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases with accurate records.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
  • Strong command of the English and Filipino languages (oral and written).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, CRM software).
  • College graduate or relevant vocational course is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
