We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from inquiry to after-sales support.
You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and walk-ins. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service by addressing customer queries regarding our diverse vehicle inventory, scheduling test drives, and processing documentation. We are looking for an individual who possesses a strong passion for the automotive industry and is committed to upholding our company's reputation for excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
- Schedule and coordinate test drives and service appointments.
- Process sales documentation, contracts, and financing paperwork accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and customer lounge area.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets for customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases with accurate records.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
- Strong command of the English and Filipino languages (oral and written).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, CRM software).
- College graduate or relevant vocational course is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
