Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM systems and company protocols
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude with patience under pressure
- Basic understanding of automotive industry is advantageous
