Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via multiple communication channels professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow call center scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain high service standards.
- Meet or exceed daily performance metrics, including response time and resolution rates.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and web-based tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy work environment.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
