Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve product and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in typing and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Patience and resilience in handling challenging situations
- Automotive industry knowledge is advantageous
