Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • High proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including potential rotating shifts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
