Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide detailed information regarding our automotive products, vehicle services, and sales programs.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on service requests and sales leads.
- Contribute to team efforts by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on vehicle specifications and company policy changes to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
