Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide detailed information regarding our automotive products, vehicle services, and sales programs.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on service requests and sales leads.
  • Contribute to team efforts by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on vehicle specifications and company policy changes to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
