Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and sales promotions.
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints or concerns by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the service and sales departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Follow company protocols to maintain high standards of service quality and compliance.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new product features and service policies.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma, Senior High School graduate, or completion of vocational/college coursework.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software navigation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with empathy.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Laguna, Calabarzon.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
