Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and sales promotions.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints or concerns by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Coordinate with the service and sales departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Follow company protocols to maintain high standards of service quality and compliance.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new product features and service policies.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Senior High School graduate, or completion of vocational/college coursework.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software navigation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with empathy.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Laguna, Calabarzon.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
