As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will assist customers with order tracking, product information, returns, and general concerns, helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, pricing, and current promotions.
  • Assist customers with order processing, tracking, exchanges, and returns according to company policies.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to resolve shipping or delivery discrepancies.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or retail support role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software, chat tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of patience when handling challenging customer situations.
  • A proactive approach to work with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
