Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Proactively address customer concerns to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our diverse client base.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify service improvements and product feedback.
- Meet and exceed daily performance KPIs, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Represent the company brand with enthusiasm and professional integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
