Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process orders, provide product information, and assist with account management
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with clear and articulate speaking voice
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer concerns
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and processes
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
