Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding vehicle inquiries, warranty claims, and after-sales service support.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process sales orders, service appointments, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Golden Dragon product specifications and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily performance targets.
