Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with timely, effective solutions
- Provide accurate product information and service details to customers
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet performance metrics including response time and satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to ensure accurate information dissemination
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in BPO/call center
- Proficiency in English and Filipino communication
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Positive attitude with demonstrated patience and empathy
