Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of patience and efficiency to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about after-sales services, maintenance schedules, and warranty details.
- Process customer orders, documentation, and follow-ups through the company's internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions to client concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system with high attention to detail.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for call quality and resolution time.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; College degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or Call Center Agent, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer personalities.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in Alabang, Metro Manila, and flexibility with shift schedules if required.
