Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service requests are addressed and resolved.
- Proactively recommend products or services that may meet customer requirements.
- Meet or exceed personal and team performance KPIs, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company product knowledge and industry standards to provide informed support.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment of at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or BPO environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and keyboarding skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
