- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the company database.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines when handling various automotive service topics.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Process customer orders, service requests, and applications related to motor sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a holistic approach to customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone handling skills and the ability to practice active listening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a college degree is highly preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types.
