Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed information regarding motor vehicle sales, parts, and maintenance services.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current vehicle models, promotions, and service offerings.
- Follow established call center protocols to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or Call Center Agent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
