Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding vehicle sales, maintenance services, and financing options.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our internal CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate service scheduling and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time and resolution rates.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or retail sales environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or basic office applications.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a strong dedication to customer-centric service.
