Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Process orders, provide information about products and services, and assist with account management
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer needs
- Continuously improve customer service processes by identifying areas for enhancement
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, first contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while handling difficult situations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and information processing
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
