Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve product/service inquiries and technical issues using knowledge base tools
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain case records
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
  • Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are preferred
  • 6 months to 2 years of BPO or customer service experience
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in typing (30+ WPM) and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude with high stress tolerance and resilience
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
