Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service inquiries and technical issues using knowledge base tools
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are preferred
- 6 months to 2 years of BPO or customer service experience
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in typing (30+ WPM) and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with high stress tolerance and resilience
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
