Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to streamline support processes and improve service quality.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance KPIs, including handle time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while keeping the customer informed.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
