Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain composure and patience when handling challenging customer situations, de-escalating conflicts effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including quality assurance, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School diploma). Associate or College degree is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 6 months BPO or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Willing to work onsite in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
