Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical problems efficiently and accurately.
- Provide detailed information regarding products, services, and account management.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify areas for service improvement.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet team targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Call Center or BPO environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business needs.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
