Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
