- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly within the company's CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Consistently achieve and exceed performance metrics including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handle Time (AHT), and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proactively suggest process improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to refine communication and sales skills.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Senior High School Graduate (College Graduate or Associate Degree holders are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent to native English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
- Must be willing to work on-site in Iloilo City.
- Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in typing and navigating multiple systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, patience, and active listening skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the Philippines.
